So per the research I did ahead of time by reading online as well as reading the reviews. I had everything ready to go. I bought the specifically requested clear bags, along with had all the cans sorted by brand, and counted them all ahead of time. Ready to go I get there..it's my first time..there's no line and I walk in the open door to ask. "Hey, what's going on? Where do I need to be?" Just to get yelled at by a guy in a little room that opened a window "you're in the drive-thru lane in the way!" when there was literally no cars to be seen. So then I go where a customer hanging out actually ends up showing me to stand..where there's no one in line. I stand there for maybe 30 seconds. When a employee comes over to me with a notepad and writes down the amounts I have already counted. I then get sent back to the guy that yelled at me through the little window to get paid. What was the point and yelling at me? There were no cars anywhere and go back out to wait in a non-existent line where there was no one waiting to begin with!? These people apparently just hate their life and/or hate their job. So be prepared to do all the work ahead of time just to be yelled at anyways.

Usually good at what they do, very business oriented. Occasionally some attitude wish the people there enjoyed each other's company a little more seems like it would lighten the atmosphere a little but they do get the job done quickly and efficiently.
