I received the full amount of the quote that was initially provided to me over the phone. The entire process was incredibly smooth. This team runs an excellent business.

So so so easy! I dropped the ball waiting for a call, but they were able to send another truck out to me around an hour later. I was in a real time crunch and they really understood which was really awesome. Our pickup driver was so great too, the process of signing it over and the money delivery was quick, but we were holding him cause we just chatting and talking cause he was such a great guy. Will recommend this business to anyone and everyone. Such a great and simple process :) easier to go through them directly than through a big company.<br>Thank you guys for being so great

Reported this contracted tow company. Waiting for resolution from the company that contracted them.<br><br>Update: Peddle made things correct. Tow company tried to deny but tow company’s own pictures they sent to me was the proof I needed. Rejects tried to claim car had no catalytic converter but took their own pictures of it and had sent them to me. So glad that Peddle will continue to follow up as I am not the only one Rejects did this to. Rejects billed Peddle a higher amount than was paid to me. Rejects did not confirm price change due to “no catalytic converter” with Peddle then sent me a picture of the catalytic converter before the vehicle was lifted on the tow truck.
