I honestly believe this business is a scam. I scheduled a pick up of my vehicle several days in advance, at 10:00am, on a day that I had to take off of work. Day of, I called at 9:00 am just to double check everything was in order. They said they would come at 1:00 pm instead because they were running late. At 1:30 pm I called to check on the status of pick up because I had heard nothing from them. They said they had to check with their driver and would call me back ASAP. At 2:45 pm, after hearing nothing from them, I called again and it went straight to voicemail. I then called again and it rang and rang until voicemail. This company is not to be trusted, does not deserve even 1 star but I wanted to warn people.

I had to back out on a deal that they made with me because of personal reasons, nonetheless, they were polite the entire time, and even the driver who is supposed to pick up the car was polite, although was unable to get the car
