We called ahead to check if the part we needed was in stock. After being on hold for 45 minutes with no answer, we decided to just drive there. When we arrived, we stood in the lobby for nearly 15 minutes while only one of the three reps at the counter was helping customers. Eventually, one of the others called us over.<br><br>We paid for the part and were told it would arrive the next day and that we’d be contacted. Two days later - still having heard nothing, we made the 40-minute drive back, only to be told it hadn’t arrived and our card had been credited. They reordered it and assured us they wouldn’t charge us again until it came in, and that they’d let us know.<br><br>At this point, we’re not holding our breath.

Absolute joke Nobody picks up the phone. I had to drive an hour and a half to go order the part. They sent me the wrong part. Put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Call back again get somebody instantly put me on hold. Places is an absolute joke go anywhere but here.

Have done business with LKQ and Keystone for many disappointing years. The only thing that is worse than the quality of their parts is their accounting department. If we are ever able to avoid buying from them, we do. If you enjoy getting late statements and then your account shut down the next day, this is the place!
