After everything going terribly wrong and being stuck in the middle of the wilderness. ( well at least that’s what it Felt like) Fady came to the rescue, he was such a positive encouragement to talk to and very knowledgeable with the information he got my car towed from .8 to point B and his amazing outlook in customer service made it all worthwhile although this was a hardship. It felt like a blessing in disguise thank you so much Fady!!!! Your positive outlook and kind words made all the difference you are amazing and thank you so much

If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. We came here twice, and both times the staff was extremely rude and had an attitude throughout the entire experience.<br>On top of that, we were asked whether we wanted to have our car towed because the tow truck driver was about to leave. We agreed and paid immediately. After paying, we were then told it would take a couple of hours and that they would call us—because the tow truck driver had already left.<br>The only reason we were even waiting on the bench was because the employee was busy helping other clients, yet somehow this poor communication became our problem. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Do not use this company. Towed my rental. All good apparently I parked where I shouldn’t have. I called and called and they told me several times “like we keep telling you we don’t have it. Had to file a stolen vehicle report with police. Went to car rental place to track it. Guess where it tracked. Yep at their lot. Then all of a sudden oh we do have it. No compensation for all my wasted time. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.
