I recently purchased a 9.8 cf 12 volt rv refrigerator. It arrived at my address in a timely manor and without incident. It fit perfectly in an 8cf Norcold cut out in my motor home. I wired it using a no 10 wire directly to my battery with an inline fuse holder and 15 amp fuse. I followed all of the factory installation procedures and the refrigerator is working well. I also added an additional 200 watts of solar panels in addition to the 200 I already have. The unit cools well but you have to place most perishable foods such as meat on the lower shelf as cold air drops. Eggs and cheese on the middle shelf and condiments on the first shelf. I'm still fine tuning but I am otherwise happy with my purchase.

Went to get a part and when I called to see if it came in was told "what do you want? I asked , what do do you mean, what do I want? Got hung up on. Called back after picking up the part to let them know it was the wrong part, only to be told "oh well," and was transferred to someone else. This place definitely needs customer service training. I've worked in customer service 30+ years and would never speak to anyone like that.. Spoke to the manager, that tried only making excuses for the employee and not taking responsibility for the poor customer service

Tried calling to get some parts only to be told they carry original parts and hung up on me. Wouldn't waste my time or money on this establishment.
