The experience with them last time, recently was exceptionally bad and we will never send them another recommendation or even call them again. For a business with silent warehouse floors and no customers in the lobby, they hate helping anyone!

Truly 10% success rate even getting through. Their phone just rings and then hangs up. I have to try at least 10 times to get a person on the phone, and just waste hours of my time

Latonya Mc cauley she went out of her way to help me with a part I had a part that they gave to me that was broken and then I had to return that and then they are they return and gave me the same part after I returned it so then I had to go back and get a third I had to go back a third time and get a part and then she work with me and she gave me a refund she was very nice and kind
