Dale arrived within a few minutes of my call to give me a jump-start when I was stuck in Troutdale on Fathers day. Got us on our way to see the kids and made my Father's Day a happy one. Right before work today, my car died. Glen was prompt and courteous when he showed up and handled my car. I mentioned that I was going to Lyft to work and he offered to drive me there! I'm pretty sure I was the only one who arrived to work today in a tow truck. ;) Glen was professional and thoughtful. And he can take our insurance. So even though this morning has been a giant pain in my rump, I can definitely say this towing experience made the hassle seem a little more manageable.
