This location does not even deserve one star.<br>My experience at Copart North is completely different—and far worse—than at the Eugene, OR location, where staff are respectful, courteous, and actually treat you like a customer. Here, it’s the exact opposite.<br>The waiting time is excessive, and customer service has noticeably deteriorated. The staff attitude is hostile and unprofessional. Most of the day, they leave only one person attending customers, usually someone still in training, while the rest of the office staff sit behind their computers talking instead of helping.<br>There is obvious favoritism. They prioritize people they know personally or frequent transporters and speed up their paperwork, while everyone else is ignored and treated poorly. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.<br>On top of that, many vehicles do not come with keys, which creates even more inconvenience, yet the fees they charge are extremely high and unjustified.<br>My buying experience was terrible: the vehicle delivered did not match the photos, had missing parts, and showed hidden damages that were never disclosed. They make up their own rules as they please, which makes this place feel dishonest and untrustworthy.<br>I will never return to this location, not under any circumstances. I will look for another auction to buy from. I honestly don’t even feel comfortable giving this place a single star. Do not recommend at all.

Copart is the best place to get cheap cars and trucks that have been slightly damaged or completely demolished. The staff are always super helpful and load your vehicle safe and quickly. Highly recommend.

They only have 2 hrs every Wednesday to preview cars. Other locations are more flexible and allow pretty much every day. Also be aware of untrue car condition, it may say normal wear and tear and still have major engine or transmission problems or rusted underneath
