Rob came this afternoon to tow my Tesla to service station. In my panic with my vehicle , I locked myself out of my home and he kindly assisted me in getting my door unlocked via his power bank and all with a great spirit! I truly am grateful for the service and would recommend to anyone in need!

Do not recommend. Called last night to get towed a few blocks to a dealer. Was told they were booked. Arranged to be towed in the morning. By 10:30, didn’t hear anything and car was not dropped off. Called Tim’s office to check on progress and was told they don’t tow to that dealer. They didn’t do the job at all and didn’t bother to inform me until I called them. Major inconvenience. If I need a tow again and Tim’s is the only company around, I’ll push it down the street myself.
