Junk yard boys were fast, proficient, and no stress on my end at all!

My experience with company has been horrible. I can't believe it. They have a 4 hour window to pick up, which is fine. The tow guy called me at 2pm and said I will be there at 3pm. Then at 257 text and said his truck broke down. First of all that's annoying when I have wasted hours waiting. So I called the this company back to see what can be done. The guy Joe said he would make it right calling me the next day to arrange new pick up time and date. Joe never called me back. Bad business! Then I call today to try and schedule new pick up time and date. The lady answered and blamed the pick up issues on me then transfered me which they never answered. Never will I ever deal with these people again. I do not recommend this business to anyone and would give zero stars if I could.

I have sold 3 junk cars through Junk Car Boys. It is always easy and they have gotten me 10-15% more than my other quotes. Plus I don't have to try and find which junk yards will take cars that are more than 20 years old. They send the truck right to your location and pay cash once you give them the title.
