Customer reviews of B&R Towing in Eugene, OR
4.2 stars based on 158 reviews- KKenzie Kerrick
My car was stolen and they found it. When I got to the place Jim was very helpful! He helped make sure there was nothing dangerous in the car and gave me a place to go to get the window fixed that was broken. Great experience there and I definitely recommend!! Everyone is very friendly.

I dealt with three different of their locations today trying to find rims for my car to be able to see my family for Christmas. Dealing with all three locations, all of them were professional, polite, and did everything they could to go above and beyond to help me.

I had an excellent experience with Jim for my towing related needs. He was personable, funny, and went above and beyond to help me out. Best customer service!
