Its one-star trash.<br>Hey, maybe you have 4-6 months to deal with this auction's inability to secure your title. Or, refusal to address damages from their equipment operators. Or, Management's incompetence. Or, complete lack of give-a-damn.<br>But, there are much better auctions to buy from

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Car was totaled and not our fault. Capital One gave an okay for usaa to come pick up the totaled car but every time usaa contacts copart, copart bluntly states usaa doesnt have authorization to pick up the car. Mind you the wreck took place September 15th this year!!! Anyways, will be contacting the BBB, Office of the attorney General, news and having our lawyer step in if they don't do right. There's proof Capital One has sent the okay for usaa to get the car yet they are denying them. If your looking at picking apart or buying a wrecked honda civic si 2018 from them... don't because its a whole legal mess and will be a bigger one once we get other people involved.

My vehicle was towed here for an assessment after an accident. When the car was returned to me, the bolts for the license plates were missing and they removed my car seat covers, ripping one of the straps off. The car was there for damage to a fender. No reason to remove the seat covers and cause damage. It also took them multiple days to pick up and return the car.
