I put a big ol' hole in my oil pan. Ervin's had a wrecker to my location in less than half an hour. Not only that, but they sourced a replacement oil pan, put it on, and had my car ready by 3:30 pm the same day! Very reasonable rate. Great folks too! Can't recommend highly enough.

I went to Ervin‘s today, the garage on Kingwood Street, to have my transmission fluid changed. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite. While working on the car, the mechanic had also checked the cars oil level and saw that it was down extremely low and actually ended up adding 3 quarts of oil. My oil light had only flickered occasionally and I had plans to get the oil changed, but his checking the oil level saved me from quite possibly losing an engine. He also shared some other information with me about issues with the brand of vehicle that I have And things to watch out for. A dealership garage never would have been so considerate or thoughtful. This is the second time that I have dealt with Ervin’s and have been extremely pleased each time! The last time, I had slid on an icy road into a curb And bent my control arm and had my car towed there, and they had it fixed in one day, which was the next day! These people are great!

Waited almost 4 hours to get a car that was illegally parked towed, never ended up getting towed, when I called to see whats up after 3 and 1/2 hours of waiting I was told the truck came out and "saw nothing" and left. Ridicilous! I gave the model of the car, the location, the color, the license plate. They claimed nothing was there? The driver definitely did not come here.
