No Stars- this tow company is just out for your money. It’s one thing for doing your job and it’s another blurring the lines on what is and isn’t ethical in regard to towing vehicles. Tow company will tow cars without throughly verifying if cars are properly tagged, especially in residential areas. A prime example happened in a private residential area where a total of 5+ cars were wrongfully tow because of lack of verification of correct parking passes on personal vehicles. Tow company was also indeed found to be in the wrong. Check your work before you unethically remove vehicles.<br><br>The service is extremely rude and cannot provide proof to back the reason for tow. Don’t even bother trying to talk to someone face to face because every transaction is ran through a mirror with just a small opening for customers to communicate through. The entire facility has no integrity or accreditation for the work they do. I would respect a tow company that’s just trying to do their job if they towed vehicles ethically and had better proof of reason for tow to back them up properly, but in this case all tows made in this situation were wrongfully towed and no sort of compensation to bring vehicle back or comp uber rides for a mistake the tow company did is disappointing.<br><br>I’m not one to ever leave a negative review but I’m sorry, I cannot respect an establishment that can’t at least back their reasons for unethical tows.

I want to first off saying they are just doing a job and they are human like everyone else. I didn't make a single payment in a year I knew my vehicle was up for repo. They came as I was loading groceries around 11pm they picked up and was gone by the time I made it out to driveway. I had my belongings by noon the next day. I worked with my bank and I now have my vehicle back but they where so helpful and kind to me . I witnessed other people calling them names and just angry! My truck came back just as I left it and everyone was so helpful dealing with bank then a 3rd party and paperwork. I can't blame them for my negligence after becoming disabled I was just surviving. I don't remember everyone's names but if you show them respect they will show you respect. As I arrived to pick up my truck, a man was angry yelling into the phone, they where expecting me as I booked online he asked nicely if he was with me , absolutely not and I said he's very angry. He let me inside and closed the door, finished signatures and I was out in 10 minutes. They are human like us, I was so embarrassed I was even going through this ,but they were so professional. Thank you to everyone I spoke with.!!!

I had my vehicle towed from Pickwick Apartments by NWR under circumstances that I believe were illegal. I entered from the north-side entrance, which did not have any tow signage at the time, as required by Illinois law (625 ILCS 5/4-203). Despite not displaying a parking tag, this does not make an otherwise illegal tow valid.<br><br>After contacting the tow company and the landlord, a tow sign was installed at that entrance, clearly showing it was unmarked when I parked. During my conversation with the tow company, I informed them I was recording for legal purposes; they objected but continued to interact with me and even threatened to trespass me, which was not enforced.<br><br>As a result, I had to pay $240 to recover my vehicle. I am now pursuing reimbursement through small claims court due to these unlawful practices. I would caution anyone to be extremely careful when dealing with this company.
