Motorcycle broke down alongside a busy highway. Came down to my location less than 20 minutes and loaded up my bike less than 5 minutes. Considered my safety near a highway, very considerate for people. And very affordable prices, satisfactory. Straight forward and honest.

My car stopped running while driving it this morning on my way to work. Jay's Towing picked up my vehicle and dropped it off at the garage in a timely manner. Very efficient, very kind, and extremely helpful. Amazing customer service and communication! Today, I actually remembered that this is not the first time I had dealt with Jay's Auto. My car started smoking while driving last year, and I called several places that were not very helpful, considering it was the weekend, before landing on Jay's phone number. Jay came out to my car, did what he needed to do to help me get the car to the garage without a tow bill and then even followed me there to make sure I made it ok, all without charging me!!!! I was astonished that someone like him existed in business, to be honest. I feel terrible that I forgot to leave a review about that until now. Jay's Auto is highly recommended!
