This lady at the office Sarah, with the withe hair short hair cut, has the worst attitude/customer service, she thinks she's doing you a favor ,,,when she doesn't realize that she's just an employee, and she represents a business, meaning bad attitude = less business,, looks like she doesn't like her job at all. And takes her anger out towards customer's, hope the company sees this reviews and talk to her about, I would get my business somewhere else, we purchased many batteries every month, but with Sarah's attitude pretty sure i would take my business somewhere else and tell my friends and family too. See how goes for the owner when they start loosing $$ just because an angry employee....

I have the worst experience with this company. The product is no good and the customer service is shitty specially for the front desk lady. She has so much attitude. It can go for four days. I would never go back to this shitty company again in my life.
