Not sure why this place has 5 stars.<br>1 star for being a thrift store by definition taking in donations and reselling items<br>1 star for being organized and moderately clean with the massive volume of stuff they have<br>-3 stars for absurd pricing, items were priced for profit. Store accessibility for those with different abilities is poor, lighting is poor.<br>The pricing is offensive for a thrift store for the general public and especially for those who may need to shop at a discount they are unable to obtain items at a reasonable price.<br><br>Photos are examples of overpricing. The grey baskets are from big lots circa 2023, the tag at the bottom is the blessings abound thrift price.<br><br>There are many wonderful thrift stores in KC (not including goodwill, they are also overpriced) please go to the others and save yourself time if you’re looking for reasonably priced items.

So, there was this particular mattress I wanted! I hadn't seen a 2 sided mattress in YEARS! However, the last one was sold! I was heartbroken. A staff member by the name of Randy took down my name and number, and told me that when some came in he would give me a call in about 2 weeks. 2 weeks past.. another staff member by the name of Tre text me to say that there was none when the shipment came in. I was sad Lo and Behold! The next shipment came in and Tre text and said the mattress had arrived! I wasn't taking any chances this time, I went straight to U-haul and rented a van, drove the 40 minutes ran in looking for Randy!! Got the mattress I wanted! Big and fluffy soft with both sides available for use! They don't make these types of mattresses anymore!

The workers at Blessings Abound are fantastic. They are engaging and professional. We bought a washing machine and they were so helpful. I told them they deserved at least six stars <br>Another thing about Blessings Abound is incredible amount of inventory they go through. In a couple of days they will turn over their stock so it's some place worth going to on a regular basis.
