I always had heard about jbs employees being rude and money hungry. I always believed it until last year when my car was towed and had a lot of extra expenses along with it. When they heard my story of what happened the lady gave me a quote but told me that it was for that day only . They are very nice and understanding and only doing the job they were hired to do. She took $500 off the bill and I was very grateful for that. Their attitude depends on your attitude. Very nice receptionist.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. It's a shame a company like this exists. Try nicelys towing they are way better people. Shame on you. Do better.
