We were stranded on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere and it was so cold even a coat didn’t cut the chill. We had to contact road side assistance. Then sent us a tow truck. Chad was our tow truck driver. He was amazing. He handled our car with care and made sure we were safe and warm. You could tell he genuinely cared. Nicest tow truck driver I’ve been in contact with and it was greatly appreciated.

Today was a crazy day. I dropped my daughter off at college in Huntington and on the way home I thought I had ran out of gas. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance. They told me Reyburn’s was coming to help me. It didn’t take an hour. Cody had the gas. We put the gas in and the car wouldn’t start. I decided to get my car towed back to Charleston. Called my insurance company about the tow. Cody saved the day. He towed my car back to Charleston. It was a reasonable price too. He was very nice and polite. Showed great customer service. I was so thankful for Cody and Reyburn’s. I would definitely recommend them for service. Thank you so much for your help. Happy customer.

Wreckless & Dangerous: I asked to get towed to a safe location, within 1/4 of a mile from where I broke down. The driver loaded me onto the back of the truck with me still inside and did not bother to secure the vehicle to the tow truck itself. He just told me to hold my brakes and risk my life and vehicle as he careens less than a 1/4 from our location and leaves my vehicle on the corner of an intersection. To make matters more interesting, he insisted that it was company policy to charge $95 minimum the trip. This company will risk your life and safety as well as your hard earned income in a desperate situation...
