AE Towing was awesome - called me within 10 minutes of me filling out the request with my insurance provider on the easy online tool. Said it would take 30-60 minutes for the truck to arrive, but the driver, Brett, called me about 10 minutes later and was already on his way! The overall load up took about 20 minutes at the most, and Brett hauled me out of a grocery store parking lot with ease. Lifted my car straight up with no need to haul it on its own wheels, thanks to the clever towing equipment. Thanks for making a tough situation so much easier!

Fernando was professional,<br>friendly and got the<br>job done. My situation was atypical and required finesse to ensure the vehicle was not damaged.
