Absolute joke of a service. Waited an hour and a half only to call them back and find out the driver was rerouted to someone else. $420 tow bill and she was going to discount $20. Don’t waste one minute waiting for these people. Find someone else.

The worst moneysucker towing company. They towed my car on saturday evening. I called them immediately, they told me to call in the morning. They will release it. I called them at 9, next day. They replied, they are closed! Fine, I went there on monday morning at 9 and they charged me for 72 hours storage fee. I mean, what's wring! They literally had my car for less than 48 hours and they are charging me for 72!

My car broke down yesterday, the worker was very professional and I would absolutely hire them again. I was told it might be 45 minutes for pick up and they worker showed up maybe 10 minutes later. Probably good timing but he was fantastic. He was pretty nice and considerate to me since I was upset with my car. 10/10
