BEST IN TOWN — AND I’M NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT PRICE! James’s first priority was making sure I was safe. He kept telling me to stay in my car and stay warm while he handled everything....unless I just WANTED to be cold!! Professional, thoughtful, and genuinely awesome.

My car broke down on hwy 65 with fast traffic in a constant 3 cars wide near James River FWY. My car shook with every car that passed. I was terrified. James knew it was dangerous and made my tow a priority. He called to let me know he was close and he arrived in a short time. He worked just a few feet away from fast cars that could not get over. He told me not to worry about the payment part until we are in a safe place. He was like a superhero in a big movie. I even cried just a bit. I will start praying for their safety. James does great work.
