Well as having to use this kind of service your not having the best kind of day usually anyway... They was recommended by a friend to me. This was gonna be a 60+ mile trip one way loaded and the same unloaded. But to my discovery when I got to the repair shop both my front axle boots were damaged. I tried calling them to resolve the issue. But they have never returned my calls. I've been putting off this review bc I was hoping they were just busy. I know for a fact they weren't damaged before he picked it up because at the Dodge dealership I had crawled under my truck. And Corwin Dodge had just done a 4 wheel alignment and they had no recollection of that issue.. I know accidents happen, but we as a customer I would have liked the respect of a call back and discussed what was going on.

I was out riding my bike, running errands. While riding on a two lane road a RPM employee driving a relatively large tow-truck flatbed rushes across the road coming off the freeway to beat on coming traffic and cuts me off. Not using the left lane to merge but completely making a left hand turn into the far right lane that I was in. This was red flag #1 but when I safely slowed down and the tow truck slowed down so not to over speed. I pulled to the left lane and gestured to the driver with two fingers pointing to my eyes the universal symbol for look out. I yelled “ yo, you did see me right ?” The driver gives me a dirty look like I was bothering him. This was a close call, I wasn’t speeding I was going the speed limited and thank God I was. Not only was he driving too fast but he was lost. Trying to find another tow company To pick up a damaged truck. Courtesy goes a long way, regardless if your in a rush. I hope the management team talks to this young man. So that whenever he is representing RPM towing while driving he not only follows the speed limit of the neighboring town but he is more careful of other people sharing the road. This is not ok, and I hope he gets a firm talking to. So to make better.

Dustin was great, fast, and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone and plan on using them in the future. It was nice how quickly he got my husband's truck out of the ditch in front of our house during this snowstorm. I am very satisfied with their service!
