Today was already the worst day of my life after losing my mother, and somehow this company still managed to make it worse. I walked in as the first customer of the day and was immediately treated disrespectfully by the bald headed skinny guy at the front desk over something minor about my jacket. Maybe I wasn’t perfectly put together today. Grief does that to people. But the complete lack of compassion and the way I was spoken to was honestly disgusting. Customer service costs nothing, and treating people like human beings should not be optional. I will never return after being treated so horribly during one of the hardest moments of my life.
