Zero stars!!! I was left stranded before the game with my 3 young grandchildren. there was No sign where we entered a parking lot. First experience of my family to the Auburn Alabama game was ruined because of this company and their rude behavior!!Saw car being towed and asked to pay them right there so I wouldn’t be stranded on the other side of Auburn before the game.Told me to call Uber!!!!!! Awful experience! Will not attend another Auburn game!

They towed my car and I had a parking pass. I saw this old guy looking into everybody cars but I don't think he was apart of towing cars. He even shined a flash light in my face. He didn't know i was watching him. I left for 10 minutes and my car was GONE! It's even worse because i had a parking pass. I hope they get shut down.

The one time I called to ask for their help they said it would be 3 hours before they could get to it. One time a driver stated he has spots he purposely hangs out at and waits for people to park to go pick up food and tows them before they get back. They also towed my friend from his own house even though he had a parking pass hanging from his mirror. This company is disgusting and I would give anything for it to be shut down.
