Wow came to this place looking for a part of my car, and the staff were amazing Miss Monique and John went above and beyond to help me understand how this place works and told me all the info I asked. It’s amazing that in places where you don’t expect an outstanding customer service and knowledgeable associates.

Been hunting here for part for years, nice intake crew and a small charge to get you in. Could be very wrong, but was the lot cleaner “relatively” as a junkyard in the past? Told as I walked through the front, 16 year olds not allowed, due to dangers on site .. Well, broken glass, nut, bolts and who knows what, large and small parts strewn about 85% of where I walked .. I really do understand this is a place where cars get their guts pulled, but things seemed messier. Again, I understand the place is a junkyard (no offense), but also needed to use the Porta John heading out to the lot .. don’t ask the condition of the unit I used “without a lock” and the corresponding water stations looked even worse .. The above was not enough to type this up by itself .. Here goes .. I DO NOT remember when the small USED part I yank out of a car, is more expensive than ordering at home and being delivered there .. To make it worse .. I do not remember having to pay a 30% (premium??) to guarantee a “possible” return .. WHICH I have NEVER done before .. DON’T know if this is purely for profit, or other’s have just taken advantage of the business with returns .. Sadly, I may do likewise and return the “guaranteed” item once a new replacement is delivered home.

I recently came here to get parts for a car I’m selling that had some parts in rough condition. This was my first time visiting a pick and pull junkyard and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was super helpful, especially Julee, Daniel, and Roberto. They printed out all 6 or 7 of the options of what I was looking for and gave me a map to find them. It was quite organized and I was easily able to find the cars I was looking for. I was also surprised at how good condition a lot of the cars were in. At one point, I realized I didn’t have the correct socket size to disconnect the steering wheel I ended up getting, but when I mentioned that to the staff they went above and beyond to help me get what I needed! I had to make multiple trips to try different things but they didn’t give up on me and made sure I got what I needed! The prices were also fantastic! I got all the items in the images (and other small things) for less than $40 (and were in almost new condition - especially after a quick clean). For reference, the center console lid was $80 cheapest online and the steering wheel was over $200. Fantastic experience and I had a lot of fun looking around at everything, can’t wait till I can go back!
