Hello,<br><br>I want to begin by acknowledging and sincerely thanking the kind and compassionate husband who assisted me by taking the vehicle and ensuring that I had my ID and all necessary belongings at the time. That consideration did not go unnoticed and was genuinely appreciated.<br><br>However, I also need to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the discovery that my late brothers diamond necklace and studded earrings, which were left in the center console, are now missing. Learning this has been extremely upsetting, especially given the circumstances.<br><br>I am very disappointed and would appreciate clarification on what may have happened. My vehicle was towed by this company and the tow driver improperly hooked the tow chains up to my vehicle and caused excessive tension and ripping my exhaust pipe completely apart BREAKING ALL 3 BOLTS at the mating surface of the Y pipe. They then proceeded to just rest the pipe (while being completely broken) on top of the differential while the back half of the pipe was just dangling there slapping around and clunking while driving. I called to report this and they were willing to do nothing to stand behind there work even though I have videos of it happening on my ring camera. I’ve worked in automotive for 12 years and I’ve seen first hand what ignorant and inexperienced tow drivers are capable of and it blows my mind I wasn’t even informed of this damage. When calling to report they told me there’s nothing they can do and I need to reach out to my insurance or finance company to move forward. My vehicle was also returned with blotches of blue paint throughout the entire exterior of it which is also strange considering my vehicle was locked and I had both keys in my possession. Stand behind your work. I was told they took pictures of the undercarriage for damage and ironically enough that portion of damage was not photographed.

Johnny was amazing! He could have taken the easy road and just put my truck on the flatbed to take it to the tire shop because I had 2 lug nuts that were stuck and would not break loose. Instead of putting my truck on the flatbed, he spent the extra time to break the caps off and get the last 2 lug nuts off so that we could put the spare tire on my truck. It might have taken him an extra 20 minutes, but that 20 minutes was well worth it. Thank you again Johnny for doing an amazing job, I truly appreciate it!!
