As 40 years auto mechanic and doing business there for a long time, had a terrible experience with a women counter clerk at the 316 291 highway location in Lees Summit. I needed a replacement spark plug wire. She did not really understand my need, would not stop talking long enough for me to explain and became belligerent yelling "adios amigo" as I left. I returned asking for a manager to file a complaint, another women joined in threatening to call the police if I did not leave. WOW....A totally unprofessional reaction. These two need some training on conflict resolution. DON'T GO TO THE 291 HIGHWAY STORE!!!!! I will continue to do business at the other LS store....

I was with my son today around 3-4pm buying windshield wipers while we are shopping the employees were having conversations that were sexual and shouldn’t have been said out loud talking about getting pegged and gays? Hmm I’d say it was rather uncomfortable and inappropriate
