I have no words for this company. I went to visit my friend at his new apartment complex. I was only there for about 4.5 hours and they towed my car. I understand nobody is happy when this happens and it’s not necessarily their fault as I didn’t ask my friend if there is some sort of parking permit and looking back they do have signs saying that you need one but still towing a car so quickly like that and on a Friday is just brutal and predatory behavior. Especially since it’s not like the whole lot was packed and my car was clearly not sitting there long (no snow built up on it). Their prices are also absurd except to pay 300+ dollars for a couple mile tow

If I could give zero stars I would. I get that towing companies are not the place that you would typically give a review for but when I say this place is crooked, I mean this place is MESSED UP!! I have lived in my rental townhome for a year and a half. Never once have I had any overnight guests have issues with their cars. Well my boyfriend was parked at my house in the visitor parking. At 1:30am Wednesday, I was given a video from my neighbors security camera of this crooked towing company taking pictures of my boyfriend’s car scoping it out. Then that Sunday morning, we wake up to his car missing. Like this is next level shady stuff. I guess this is how they make their money. WHAT A JOKE!!!

Normally when I talk to the dispatcher they tend to be professional and helpful. Last week when I was borrowing a car from my sister while mine was in the shop, I called this company to register my vehicle for the do not tow list for my apartment complex which the management always seems to be closing early or not be open. The gentleman was helpful and set me up for a week on the list. Today when I called to get it extended as the repairs are not yet completed in my car, the man who answered (I think his name was Bob?) started being aggressive, rude, and offensive. He would continually cut me off as I was speaking and was practically yelling at me that it wasn’t policy to do more than one night at a time. I was so caught off guard by this confrontation, I didn’t know what to do and kept apologizing for my not knowing. It got bad enough I hung up and in tears called my husband. He had some words with them and told them to be more professional. When I called back after that I spoke with a lady that didn’t seem to care too much about what had just happened but they did put me on the no tow list for tonight. Once again I have never had a problem with them or doing this until now. If they try to say this didn’t happen then they should really listen to their recorded phone calls.
