I was scheduled for the third time to come in for a battery change or a new battery. Today is Friday October 10th 2025. This was scheduled with Nick senior and he said come back on Friday at 9:00 a.m. I got busy while I was waiting and waiting and finally I said something and Nick senior said we don't get paid to put your battery in. I told him I always tip fairly well for the person that puts it in .Ken helped me out He went out and quickly and kindly put in the Barrery! He was so kind and lives up to the highest level of customer service! A big ? for all you did KEN! He should be the manager there!

I can sum it up easily... they have stuff, they know stuff and they can order stuff quickly. Love having located nearby our home. Great hours as well.

Three workers cant help one person waiting to just check out. I waited a good 10 minutes as one of two people in the store. Ended up just dumping all my stuff. Almost evertime I've been here its always a burden to the workers. What's odd is that the kids that work here do a better job than their counter parts. NAPA about a block away has one person helping 3 customers at one time. O'Reilly has 3 workers and can help one person. I like O'Reilly but this location has to be the worse when it comes to service. Ill drive out of my way to burnsville location going foward since they do a better job all around.
