I brought my car in because one of my headlights wasn't working—seemed like an electrical issue. I got there at 9:00 AM. Not only did they spend five hours just trying to find a break in the wire, but then they spent another five hours running a new one. And then, a day later, not only did the low beam stop working, but for some reason, the headlight started coming on whenever I turned on my windshield wipers! They also lost the cover for the light bulb. And now the headlight turns on when I open the door. The bulbs themselves aren't even secured properly, even though we had a deal that they would align the headlights properly. Now the beam is pointing all over the place. In the end, I was stuck there from 9:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the evening, which made me late for a delivery. And you know what? This was a minor issue. I'd hate to see how they'd handle a serious problem. Five hours to find a break in a wire, only to end up replacing the entire thing and wiring it God knows where! The final result? I do not recommend them to anyone, because you'll just have to get everything fixed all over again after they're done. How am I even supposed to drive tomorrow? And the best part? I had to pay almost 650 bucks for this And who knows how much more I'll have to shell out to fix all their mistakes, plus I need to buy a new cover on top of that!

11-19-25 came in on a tow truck getting ready to look for hotels and ill be damn these folks had be back on the road with 45 mins..Petro charged me 137 dollars just to give me 3 pieces of paper telling me they dont know how to do the job.. my guy with the glasses only crunk the truck up and already knew what to do and fix. We need shops like this all over the damn map. Plus they also give you a nice goodie bag for appreciation. havent had one like this since 5th grade .. You guys will always be my first contact for service when in Misery and hopefully other places too
