A few weeks ago, I called KOI and inquired about a CATALYTIC CONVERTER fir a 2020 Chevy Trax. I spoke with Matt, who was very helpful. I told him that I would come to him in ywo days when I got paid. I returned to the store two days later and met with Matt, who remembered our conversation about the CC. He was very helpful and caring. I have bought a lot of part’s from them but I called about a warranty on a part that’s almost 2 years old and the first thing they say do you have a receipt like no one keeps receipts anymore I called them and talked to the manager he said gotta have a receipt for the warranty so you guy’s have lost my business so good luck I won’t recommend you to anyone anymore I’ll go to Napa auto parts
