⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars Isn’t Enough! I cannot say enough amazing things about Road Dog Recovery. I was out delivering packages in Newcastle when I got stuck after my back tires ended up on a water tin and I couldn’t move. I was stranded on the side of the road for about an hour and honestly feeling stressed and discouraged. Out of nowhere, this kind couple pulled up and offered to help. Come to find out, they own Road Dog Recovery. They went and got their tow truck, came back, and got my truck out safely and professionally with no damage at all. They literally saved my entire day. What touched me the most was their kindness and understanding. I didn’t even have enough cash to pay them in full, and they were still willing to help me and work with what I had. That kind of heart and honesty is rare these days. Because of them, I avoided spending over $150 and was able to finish my route. More than that, they reminded me that there are still genuinely good people in this world. If you ever need towing or roadside help, do NOT hesitate to call Road Dog Recovery. From out of state and I was in and accident on the turnpike and my car was severely damaged, I didn't want to let it go to a salvage yard as it has sentimental value, I arranged to have it towed to a truck stop down the road till I figured things out. These guys were very helpful and understanding and gave me a much better price then the other places in the area. Even had it towed by them a second time to a storage facility the following day and they gave me the same decent rate as the day before even tho it was quite a few more miles the second time. Good guys I give 'em 5 stars!

One of the worst wrecker places I’ve ever heard of in my life. Staff is disrespectful and extremely rude and do not deserve to be working there. They also overcharge like crazy I do not suggest this place at all.
