Picked up my friend’s car without any warning or anything. Wasn’t even behind a week on a payment. He went to get all his personal belongings, showed I.D to The front desk worker and she didn’t even look at it and was extremely rude and so was the manager. Making it very clear that they are only loyal to the business and were trying to intimidate him. mind you my friend is a RN student and the most hard working guy that I know and I say that to say, if someone walks into your establishment and you treat them like they are a criminal right from the start while also threatening them to call the police because they want ALL their personal belonging out of a vehicle they no longer have, Your business shouldn’t even be open.

Baker picked up my car on repo early Friday Dec 5. It took me hours on the phone to figure out where my car was. I had all fees paid by 2 pm. All release paperwork was provided at 310 pm. Their business hours say they're open till 4 pm but they refuse to release my vehicle until Tuesday Dec 8
