My heart dropped — I was stuck in the middle of the highway with no idea what went wrong.<br><br>I pulled over to the shoulder, stepped out, and the cold wind hit me. Cars were flying past, and for a moment, it felt like I was completely alone.<br><br>I started calling towing companies, but the prices were crazy and no one sounded helpful. Then I called Portland City Towing. They answered right away, calm and professional.<br><br>I told them, “My car broke down on I-205 near Sandy Blvd.”<br>They said, “Don’t worry, we’ll be there in about 15 minutes.”<br><br>And they meant it.<br><br>Their truck pulled up even faster than I expected. The driver got out with a friendly smile, checked my car, and loaded it gently like it was his own.<br><br>In that moment, the stress disappeared — finally someone who actually cared and knew what they were doing.<br><br>They took great care of me and my car. On the way to a procedure my friends car broke down he was there in 6 minutes got us hooked up and took me to my appointment before taking her and her car to the mechanic I am so grateful and he was super friendly and kind as well.
