Zero stars! Do not go there, complete rip off. Was charged $60 for them to do absolutely nothing and then LARRY hung up on me when I was explaining that the fee was ridiculous. I explained to him I would make sure others know about this and his response was oh well. I have dealt with them many times in the past and it’s been excellent but todays experience will make sure I do not return and suggest that the churches that deal with them see this. My car wouldn’t start at the Library today and had some places that I had to arrive at in a timely matter so I called the first place I thought of Grahams especially because they are right down the road, a minute away to be exact. The man arrived promptly and my bf called me to say the cable is loose, it happened to him twice yesterday. Right as he said that I told the driver who touched the cable and mentioned… yeah I see it looks a little loose and my car was back on. I was not jumped, nothing was done at all and I was charged $60. Listen I get the fact that I called for service but the rudeness and I definitely feel I was ripped off. On another note a grown adult hanging the phone up when someone is not screaming, not yelling but saying something you don’t agree with. A business at that!

Dustin from Graham's Exxon was our answer to our prayers. He called us to make sure we were and gave us an estimated time of arrival. Once onsite, Dustin assisted us by changing our shredded tire and putting our donut on. He even made sure our air level was good so we could safely get home. Dustin and Graham's is who we will be requesting, should a need arise again for roadside assistance. We appreciate y'all so much!

I just wanted to take a quick minute to thank Bob with Graham's for getting us home safely last weekend. We were on vacation, 123 miles from home and my alternator went out... It was Sunday and we were in the middle of no where. The car was towed and we road home in the truck. I'm not going to lie, I was scared. I'm easily overstimulated, get car sick, have an all around issue when I'm not the driver, have a herniated disc, and am extremely sensitive to a lot of smells... All this usually makes for a very crappy car ride. Bob was super calm, has clearly done this a time or two and that really put me at ease. His truck was very clean and not too uncomfortable for being a tow truck back seat... And things didn't smell. I know that's terrible/weird to mention but being its ADHD or autism, strong smells are something I really struggle with and end up with allot of migraines or upset stomach. Think like strong body odor or a lot of cologne or perfume... It just really messes with me. So this all was really important to me and I cannot express how much I appreciated it. I am usually a paranoid mess with others drivers, but Bob was a great driver and I even laid down and went to sleep at one point Thanks Bob. You are truly appreciated sir!!!! I also want to add, that in over 20 years of using AAA, this place had the fastest response time I've ever dealt with. It only took them a little over an hour to get to us!!! My normal experience is 4-6 hour wait time!
