I hate leaving bad reviews. But come on. I’m inside eating dinner with the family and come out to the car missing. You can’t make this stuff up. I’m a disabled veteran who loves this community, and then I have to deal with companies doing this to people. This was a very unpleasant and financially stressful situation, it’s not just the tow, it’s the rideshare prices and the frustration of how to figure this out.

Posting this review for the company itself not the service, i was merging onto a lane where i had the right of way and the driver continued to go over me pushing me trying to get me out of the way when it was clear i was speeding up and i was already leading the way it’s easier for a compact to get through than a large vehicle. Proceeds to HONK and Starts driving wreckless behind me and proceeds to lower his window to scream at me and FLIP ME OFF. Absolutely ridiculous do better as a company simply embarrassing having your employees act like t hat

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. One of the worst businesses out there if you can even call it that. 4 hours and counting I’ve waited for these guys to come and tow a car out of MY reserved spot I PAY FOR!!!! La Estancia Apartments are just as responsible for contracting these bums. Good for nothing!!!<br><br>Update: 7 hours and not a single driver showed up. Person who is answering calls named “Jason” is completely oblivious and has no idea what’s happening. Gives you the run around every time you call. Absolutely horrible company. Rooting for them to be shut down and will absolutely do my part to see it happen!!!
