Extremely positive experience with Frank’s Automotive. I took my car in for an electrical issue that I have been trying to get fixed for over a year (even tried the car dealer). I worked with George and he was very responsive and they were able to troubleshoot and repair at a minimal cost. Will definitely be using them anytime I have an issue in the future.

We recently took both of our vehicles there in preparation for an out of state move and they did stellar work! Chris was fantastic - he was kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough every step of the way. He truly owned the process for both of our vehicles and he made the entire process so easy! Communication was excellent as always! Frank’s consistently makes it very easy to understand what repairs are needed, the urgency in which they are needed, and the price for parts and labor. They are timely, reasonable, and they have a very high standard for their work. We’ve had both body and mechanical work done with Frank’s on several occasions because we absolutely trust them with our vehicles.
