I was just assaulted on the road by one of your drivers trying to push me off the road so he could get by. I was doing the speed limit at 40 mph on a busy street in Tyler. When he got right behind me and got so close, he blew his very loud intimidating horn and would not let off on it , and he was so close it looked like he had already hit me. There was a car beside me. There was a car in front of me. I couldn't move to get out of his way or in another Lane because there was no way. This idiot driving a white cab flatbed truck blew the horn so loud it scared me and I almost crashed. I am a 70 year old heart patient . I have handicap license plates. If anything happens to me, that man will not hear the end of it and I will press charges. I'm sure this is a good company but this man will damage your reputation by word of mouth and Google reviews and anywhere else I can put it. He was using that vehicle as a weapon and I'm real sure the Tyler police are going to love hearing about this guy. I do hope that Crow towing takes me seriously. This kind of driver should not be on the road nor should allowed to work for your company.

One short phone call to schedule a pickup. The lady was nice and efficient. Next day, the driver called and said he was on his way. He showed up on time! Could not have been nicer. He had towed a Tesla before, so I relaxed. In no time he loaded up my car! I paid him via credit card onsite and it cost was less than I anticipated.<br><br>Great experience!!
