This place is a dream!<br>We had our camper repossessed by Liberty while no one was home. Obviously a stressful situation not knowing where it is and hearing horror stories of dishonest people having no regard for personal belongings and stealing belongings but our experience with Liberty has been nothing but positive.<br>They did everything by the book when they took the camper and once we got their contact information, I called and they were very kind, respectful and straight to the point with any questions and helpful.<br>They let us come the very day I called to gather our personal belongings, the day before New Years Eve.<br>The process was extremely straightforward and stress free.<br><br>We had a LOT in the camper.<br>They let us stay for three hours all the way till closing in order to gather all of our things.<br>As it was nearing an hour to closing time we were getting close to being done but still had a ways to go, they assured us we could always come back but even offered to help us finish up!<br>Everyone was very nice and we all had fun as they helped us gather the last of our things and load them into our vehicles.<br>I read a few of their reviews prior regarding someone who was rude and it actually came up in conversation that this person no longer works there.<br>None of our stuff was riffled through or stolen, it had been left as is for the 4 days they had it.<br><br>In short, they respected our property and gave us ample time to retrieve our belongings even helping us finish loading up, were extremely kind and even made fun conversation throughout the entire process which is normally something to be stressful and negative!<br>Made a situation we were worried would be negative going into it, end in us leaving with content, smiles and relief all around.<br>As far as I can tell they are a honest business and awesome, honest people!<br>I have no qualms. Five stars all around!

Called them for a quote. Quote was cheaper than other companies that I had called.<br><br>Service was great. Keith called me shortly after I confirmed, picked up my truck and helped me take it to a repair shop.<br><br>Great customer service, great pricing. Appreciate the help!

I had to have my car towed to a tire shop and Liberty was a great service. I spoke with a few people on the phone and all were friendly but the last lady (Vonda) was kind and informative. Keith, I believe was his name, was very professional, yet personable when coming out to tow my car. They were also much more cost effective than some of the other local companies. Thank you for making my experience a little less stressful!
