I can’t thank Todd enough for being able to come out so late at night to tow us home after my truck tire came completely off on the highway. He made my worst night into a better one! My daughter was in a wreck and they were dispatched to tow the car. Took us a few days to find out where it was towed to and when we went to their office there was a sign that stated they were out for the week. Called their 24 hour number no answer. Left a message, no return call. We showed up and had friends try for us several times over the next 2 weeks and the same post it note was on the door. Finally got through when we called again and they denied that we ever called or left a message, so we were stuck with a nearly $2000.00 fee even though we were unable to get help when we first found out where it had been towed.
