Im not sure how any of these reviews are higher than 1 star. theres a word for what this place does and its called "extorsion". hundreds of dollars for a simple tow that was not agreed upon beforehand, just take the property and demand cash for its return at a very unreasonable price. its not only deceptive but dishonest. anyone willing to do what this place does she be ashamed of themselves.

I originally had a more negative post but was able to work with the owner to correct some misunderstandings. I appreciated the owner stepping in to correct some errors.

The only con I have is pricing but it's two fold. I had the unfortunate opportunity to use these guys 4 times. That's not on them. DON'T ASK. But they charged me more at one point to go a shorter distance than a further trip. After calculations they charge $8-$10 a mile. That exceeds the national average by a lot. They were always professional but maybe because they charge a lot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
