Action recovery, which works out of this same location, was absolutely horrible in everyway. They wanted $250 just to get my things from my car after I wrecked on the freeway. From rolling their eyes and telling me 'to talk when I'm not doing this' when I cried, to having a horrible attitude the entire time, to coming out to my car with me and saying 'see, it doesn't even start, it's done for', which no duh it's not going to start, it's a CNG and I pulled the emergency stop lever so it wouldnt catch fire or explode. They just had no knowledge in what they were talking about and gave a horrible attitude. EDIT TO ADD; You replied saying you guys aren't the same company but again, whoever works at your front desk at this location, which services your customers as well mind you, treated a customer this way. It's not that I 'refuse to leave a review for action recovery' but they don't exist, only your company is shown at this location. But thanks for your nasty response.

Drivers are dangerous! Had a driver roadrage at me for 6 miles in their tow truck at up to 80mph on the hwy (I tried to pull away because he wouldn't pass me) driving so close I couldn't see his headlights in my rear view. I had to speed to keep him from hitting me and if I changed lanes then so did he. At one point he got off of the hwy and I followed to get the license plate and he stopped in the middle of the road and got out to fight me. He was in an AQC truck but pulled into this lot. Do better.

Spencer helped me with my towing needs & did an amazing job! Let’s not mention how affordable this towing company is! I called several other companies that’s were going to charge an arm & a leg, Empire saved me my money!! Definitely would use again
