I had an 11am to 3 pm pickuup window for a towtruck. I called several times throughout the day after my appointment time and was told they were running late. At 830 pm when I called I was told it would be tomorrow morning after waiting all day and never being contacted by ROBINSON TOWING. Worst service I've ever had since I never recieved any service.... I will spread the word on this experience to everyone....

Very unprofessional! Driver just cut across right in front of my semi truck just to beat me in line at the Blue Beacon truck wash. I sure wouldn't trust anything I owned to these idiots!
