I contacted them twice by phone and left VM both times, no reply. I also filled out their service request online, no response. I was inquiring whether they could work on a Lotus. I assume they do not work on Lotus but a reply would have been appreciated and certainly more professional than simply never responding. To be fair, I cannot speak to the quality of their work, which from other reviews appears favorable.

Great people. Absolutely top tier service and a very deep well of knowledge when it comes to foreign cars. They took time to work with my extended service warranty, the office is clean and well kept with plenty of magazines, and they made sure to explain what was going on. Harlen (I think that's the spelling, sorry sir!) is a million percent honest and always willing to say what he can and cannot do. Kind and a service leader. Bring your vehicle here if it isn't domestic and let these folks take care of you.
