I financed a Mazda here, but I had to bring it back three times in the same week because of repeated check engine lights and the car shutting off unexpectedly. That was frustrating and disappointing. On the plus side, Sam and Saul were helpful and responsive in getting my car fixed each time I came in. They did their best to assist. However, I feel like their pricing is high. A Mazda with 126,000 miles shouldn’t be priced at $17,000—that seems excessive compared to market value. Overall, good service from certain employees, but the vehicles feel overpriced and reliability is a concern.

The customer service they showed me was phenomenal, down to getting me approved, making sure I was in the vehicle that I loved, the receptionist Manuela is just the best, she made sure that my car was in perfect condition before leaving the dealership, also made sure that the monthly payments was ok with my monthly budget. I’m so amazed with my 2023 Honda accord and the way it runs. Also give a shoutout to shy who also helped me in this purchase.

They will sell you a car with a million problems. They don’t care that you sit and waste your time to look and purchase a car the owner says he doesn’t “need my service and I can have my money back”after I put down thousands of dollars to have a nicer car.
