They did a good job on my repair on vehicle but they took along time and forgot to put mud splash gaurd back on one side and didn't paint the door handle to the correct color. Stating it came prepainted. I expected better results coming from a dealership. these things makes me wonder if they even double or triple check there work.. i notcied it looking around my vehicle when i came to pick it up. theres a saying small things matter the most and Kinda unsatisfied cause the things they missed. Still haven't got a call back on when there going to make this right..I want everyone to be well aware and careful. There are places out here out for the money and dont care. Again for me to notice those things. Show they just did the work and didnt check it to see if anything was forgotten or missed

My 2014 Kia Optima was stolen in Minneapolis, later found abandoned, and taken to the impound. I paid to retrieve it and had it towed to Lupient Collision Center. The damage was limited to a broken door handle, a stripped ignition, and a dead battery (caused by the tow truck leaving the vehicle on at the impound). A few days later I received a preliminary repair quote of nearly $3,000. Since that was about 50% of the car’s value, I asked for an “as-is” purchase offer instead. After repeated follow-ups due to no response, the dealership eventually offered me $300–$500, citing a KBB value for a “poor” vehicle—despite my Optima being a running car with reasonable mileage. The offer was insulting, and they refused to budge. I later found a locksmith experienced with this exact issue who repaired everything for $650. Kia vehicles like mine are known to be highly susceptible to theft due to a major ignition design flaw, and I was dealing with a situation caused entirely by a manufacturer defect. Given that context, it’s disappointing that the dealership’s best offer for a running vehicle was $300–$500, or a repair estimate more than four times what a competitor charged. This experience destroyed any trust I had in this brand. I won’t purchase from or recommend this company, and many of my family members have had similar issues.

I did an excellent experience at this business, which did a $15,000 repair job on my Kia ev6. I was cautious in my choice of where to get this fixed because I have an electric car. I saw nothing but competence and professionalism from the entire staff I interacted with. If you spend 5 minutes talking to the service manager Joe on the phone you'll see what I mean. The local Enterprise Rent-A-Car even allows you to leave your rental car here and not have to return it to the rental car lot upon the completion of your car repairs. My car was repaired perfectly, good as new, they even clean the car, charged my EV battery, and even organized all the stuff in the backseat and trunk that had been thrown all over in the accident. They did all the communication with the other driver's insurance company and I didn't pay a cent.
