Called Terrys to tow my truck to a service center multiple days in advance. Bryce took my info and the truck make and model. He quoted me 135 plus 6 dollars a mile which would range the price somewhere around 200 dollars. I asked if he could be to my house at 6:00 in the morning which he agreed to since I had an appointment at 7. He assured me we would make it in time. At 6:20 he still wasn’t there. When we finally got loaded up at around 6:34 we headed out reaching our destination after my appointment. In doing his paperwork he then informs me my truck which had already been quoted and discussed over the phone (make model etc) is considered medium duty and he would be increasing his price on me. I paid it without another word but thought people should know that Bryce at Terrys towing is dishonest.

I asked for a quote before committing to having it done, provided all the info of where it is and needed to go and was told I would be called with an estimate. Instead I was called after the fact and charged $284 for 12 miles, same situation as another review where Bryce said my truck was medium duty so the price is higher. I had been quoted 125 for first 5 miles and $4 a mile after by another company that I could have used.

Great customer service. Had a flat tire, the driver pumped it up and followed me to the closest shop to make sure I made it without problems - in the drizzling rain. Would highly recommend.
