Great and helpful staff.The lady at the front office was very nice and helpful and tried to get me the lowest fee possible and also gave me some of her girl scout cookies just to cheer me up. Since I was having a bad day. Tow truck guy was helpful with changing my tire. Positive energy great vibe and reasonable price

One of the scariest moments. The brakes on my son car went out and his car ened in a wooded area. He walked away without a scratch. But the service that James D provided today deserve double the 's he was polite from first phone contact. James arrived exactly within the timeframe he provided me. The pulling of the car was a success, within no time James was able to pull my son car of the woods. To Mr. Dean I hope you are able to get the recognition you deserve! My car broke down this morning. From the time I called to get a tow to the time it arrived safe and sound at my home was maybe an hour and a half, tops. In my opinion that is super quick considering I wasn't sure I'd get a tow same day for a reasonable price. The guy that dropped it off and the dispatch lady were super friendly as well. I would recommend if you need a tow.
